What areas do you serve?

I proudly serve London, Ontario, and the surrounding communities within a 25km radius. If you live outside this boundary, I am still happy to help! A small round-trip travel fee will be applied for locations beyond 25km.

What types of home repairs do you handle?

I specialize in tackling "honey-do" lists, everyday repairs, room transformations, and flooring installation. This includes everything from patching drywall and fixing sticking doors to swapping out cabinet hardware and caulking bathtubs.

Do you offer services for seniors?

Yes, I provide patient, respectful home maintenance to help elderly homeowners safely age in place. Services include fixing trip hazards, moving heavy furniture, and handling hard-to-reach tasks like changing smoke detector batteries.

How do you charge for a list of small, random repairs?

For lists of smaller tasks, I offer "Punch List" blocks. You can hand over a random list of unrelated repairs, and I will efficiently knock them out in a single visit for one flat rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Interac e-Transfer, Cash, and Debit Cards. I also accept Visa and Mastercard with a 2.4% Service Fee. Please note that I do not accept personal or business cheques.
